At Midland Travel & Cruise, our aim is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. The key to this lies in our own personal travel experience, knowledge and the wide range of products we have available.  We ensure our staff are trained and updated regularly.  We encourage our staff to travel as much as possible to keep up to date with their product knowledge.  We offer services and advice which cannot be replicated by websites or ‘booking engines’, and give our clients the safety and peace of mind that they are getting what they paid for. Every effort is taken to get to know our clients so we can offer detailed advice and services based on your needs, making every effort to turn you travel dreams in to reality.

We have built an excellent client base from the surrounding area, and we also take great pride in the fact that we have a global client base, with clients from all over Australia, and as far afield as the UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong and North America. This is the beauty of the internet. We always try to offer great service and we are equally at home consulting face to face with our clients as we are consulting by email and telephone.

 

Management and Experience

Our office in Kyneton is owned and managed by Jessica.  Jess was closely involved with the set-up of the business, and remains very much a ‘hands on’ manager.

Jess’s travel experience includes New Zealand, Fiji, Malaysia, Borneo, Bali, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Mauritius, Kenya, Tanzania, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, USA and Czech Republic.
